Opportunity for Form Teachers to check with parents whether there is any recent information about the student that the school needs to know, and how the parent feels the student is settling into school this year, and signing off goals set for 2012.
Interviews – 6 min with Form Teacher booked on-line via booking system; student and parent to meet Form Teacher in Form Room: student to bring diary with initial goals completed for initial signing off.
Interviews will start at 3.30 pm – 5.30 pm; Tea break 5.30 – 6.30; then 6.30 – 8.00 pm.
