After spending my formative teaching years as a secondary teacher of Science and Biology, in 2012 I moved with my family to make Mid-Canterbury home. Having worked in leadership teams, at both Mairehau High School and Linwood College, it has been a privilege to work here in Methven and be part of our amazing team.
Our school continues to grow and face challenges with a positive and inclusive approach. Our learners are privileged to have very supportive families, an awesome community, and innumerable opportunities to grow into exceptionally well-rounded people. We are the village; that works to grow our ākonga.
O lupe sa vao ese’ese ae ua fuifui faatasi ~ Although we are from different parts of the forest, we are connected in one cause.
