Polyfest

The annual Polyfest event is being held on Saturday 16th March in Christchurch. Mount Hutt College has 4 students who are partaking along side students from Ashburton College at this event.
What is Polyfest you might ask?, Polyfest is a event where Pasifika students get together to showcase their traditional dances and attire, showing the culture of the Pacific Islands as well as food stalls and craft vendors being on display.
Mount Hutt College students, Soni Ahotaeiloa, Eli Ahotaeiloa, Melenaite Tu'amoheloa and Vilami Tu'amoheloa are currently in the practising phases and are looking to do three different cultured dances.
