Leader's Letters

Holly Watson

We are now into week 3 of term 2, and a lot has been happening so far around the school. Last Wednesday we had Cross Country, which had great participation, from people competing for a place to people competing to support their house.

Our next big events are coming up this week. Our Stories is being held on Thursday, 15th May from 5-7 pm in the school hall. There are going to be presentations, food and dances. It will also showcase some of the work that's been done by the Year 7, 9, and 10 in Social Science classes and many other things to come and look at. Everyone is welcome, so come and check out what is being offered.

On Friday this week, there is Pink Shirt Day. This will include a full school non-uniform day, with a gold coin donation. So make sure to get all your pink clothes and accessories out for Friday. Lots of fun things will be happening throughout the day, with games at lunch and a bake sale provided by the Service and Wellbeing Committee as part of the fundraiser, so be sure to bring some extra cash to help support the fundraiser.

In the weeks to come, there are going to be lots of opportunities and events to show your support around school. So make sure to get yourself involved in everything you can and give it your all.
