MHC Production 2024
We are excited to announce that expressions of interest for acting roles in our upcoming production are now open. Students in Year 8 and above are welcome to audition, and these will be held from Thursday 21st March. Those who are keen will need to keep an eye on the school notices for information about auditions. Character profiles have been posted up in the hall for students to have a look at who they would be interested in auditioning for.
Whānau, please be aware that the production is a time commitment and there is a list of key rehearsal dates for all students regardless of the role they are playing. The dates are as follows:
Out of school dates:
- Tuesday 25th June 3.10 to 5pm
- Sunday 21st July 12 pm - 5pm (last Sunday of Term 2 holidays)
- Friday 2nd August 3.10 - 7pm
- Sunday 4th August 12 - 5pm
SHOW NIGHTS: (Term 3, Week 3)
- Wednesday 7th August 5pm onwards
- Thursday 8th August 5 pm onwards
- Friday 9th August 5pm onwards
Students will also utilise school lunchtimes and the Wednesday sport time to rehearse. Interested students need to take production as their Term 2 sport option.
