Wellness Wednesdays at the Library: A Double Dose of Relaxation

The library is set to become a hub of tranquillity with the introduction of "Wellness Wednesdays." This new initiative offers a double session designed to cater to different wellness needs.
On one side of the library, students can participate in a free yoga class, perfect for those looking to stretch, relax, and rejuvenate. (Particularly before Active Wednesday) The class is open to all skill levels, making it an ideal opportunity for both beginners and seasoned yogis to find their zen.
Meanwhile, the other side of the library will host a low sensory session. This space will be tailored for individuals seeking a calm and quiet environment, with low lighting and soft music. It's an excellent option for those who prefer a more subdued atmosphere to unwind and recharge.
To join these sessions, students must register for free before each Wednesday. Only registered students will be able to participate, ensuring a comfortable and organised experience for all attendees.
