Board of Trustees Parent By-Election 2025
A parent representative vacancy has occurred on the Mt Hutt College Board of Trustees, therefore we are calling for nominations for one (1) parent representative in this upcoming By-Election.
Being a school trustee is an important role that needs people with a range of skills and experience, who will make a positive difference to our children’s learning. Further information will be advertised, and full information will be issued to parents / caregivers of all students on the school roll.

Call for nominations by Wednesday, 5th November 2025
Close supplementary roll Monday, 10th November 2025
Nominations close Noon, Tuesday, 11th November 2025
Voting papers issued by Monday, 17th November 2025
Election Day - poll closes 4pm Thursday, 27th November 2025
Accept Postal votes Tuesday, 2nd December 2025
Declares results Wednesday, 3rd December 2025
Board takes office Thursday, 4th December 2025
