Thank you to those who indicated willingness to support PTA by filling in the survey we sent out.
At the moment however we could really do with more members in the committee as due to families moving on or changes in circumstances, we no longer have enough members to have a quorum to act on decisions.
We are looking for people who can commit to two meetings a term and the odd event.
Our objectives are to:
- Encourage family involvement
- Connect families to each other and the school
- Helping families access information and assistance in Mid-Canterbury
- Support whanau and the school to improve access to opportunities and facilities for students through our contacts, resources or knowledge
In the process you become more connected with the Methven Community, utilise your skills, discover new ones and help the college and its students thrive that bit more!
