SIT has introduced new scholarships specifically for students from Work Visa families, helping remove a key barrier to tertiary study in New Zealand.
What this means for your students
Eligible students can now access:
- Diplomas, Bachelor’s & Graduate Diplomas from $12,000 per year
- Postgraduate programmes from $15,000 per year
- Master’s degrees from $18,000 per year
- Options to study on campus or online
This initiative is designed for:
- Students (18+) whose parent or spouse holds a valid NZ Work Visa
- Students who meet programme entry requirements
- Those looking for recognised NZ qualifications with strong career outcomes
Why this matters
Many capable students from migrant families miss out on tertiary education due to international tuition costs. This initiative opens up high-quality, career-focused study pathways that were previously out of reach.
