Canterbury Secondary Schools Ski Race 2026

Thursday 13th August saw the Canterbury Schools races take place at Mt Hutt. The location of this race allowed our racers an extra couple of hours in bed compared to most of the competitors and the weather turned nice with clear skies and warm temperatures. The snow was a bit soft for racing and the course was definitely getting rutted by the end. The team put in good performances all round with notable results:
2nd place Gianfilippo Farina
3rd placed team Gianfilippo Farina, Tom Currie, Mackenzie Currie
There were also strong performances by our younger team members giving us great hope for future years.
