Senior Rugby Team Triumphs at Sheffield Festival!
On Wednesday, June 24th, the Mount Hutt College Senior Rugby Team travelled to Sheffield to compete in a highly competitive five-team Festival of Rugby tournament.
It was a fantastic day of grassroots rugby, featuring teams from across the regions: Kaiapoi College, Ellesmere College, Buller High School, Westland High School, and our own MHC boys.
Our boys showed teamwork, grit, and skill in all the games. Facing tough competition from both local and West Coast schools, the Mount Hutt College team played exceptional rugby to win all five of their games, rightfully claiming the top spot as the undefeated champions of the tournament!
