Exciting Milestone
We are thrilled to announce that the Ōpuke Innovation Hub (OIH) is fully operational and bustling with Agriculture and Trades students! This incredible milestone for our school and wider community would not have been possible without the generous support of local families, businesses, partners and organisations.
What began as an ambitious vision is now a vibrant reality. The Agriculture space features a modern classroom, ample storage, and a dedicated kitchenette for exploration and scientific investigation. Outside, students have direct access to hands-on learning with raised garden beds, a fencing practical area, a tunnel house, and a shade house.
A standout feature of the hub is our Path of Innovation, which features engraved bricks recognising our generous donors. Our Trades students have worked hard alongside Mr. Roberts to lay these bricks, mastering new skills while building a lasting legacy for the school.
This achievement belongs to all of us. We extend our deepest gratitude to our donors and our dedicated Board of Trustees.
