Unfortunately, Jason Watene is leaving our coaching team and we just want to thank him on behalf of all the students he has coached over the years
Jason has given up many years to support Mount Hutt College with our touch rugby. His wife Megan and sons, Levi and Tama have also dedicated a heap of time to our teams by attending tournaments and not having their dad/husband home during nights and weekends while he was coaching.
Jason truly helped build and grow touch at our school and had a massive impact on so many past and present MHC students.
We appreciate all his knowledge and time, and we wish him all the best on his next coaching adventure.
